Job Summary:
This on-site/in-building position is responsible for assisting with general maintenance projects in our 200,000 sq ft facility located in Augusta, Maine and will directly report to our Facilities Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Perform maintenance, service and repair to our refrigeration system, HVAC, Dock Doors, Loading Plates and Material Handling Equipment
+ Assists with general construction, plumbing, electrical and painting projects
+ Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment
+ Must be proficient with Computers, ability to read blueprints and have basic math skills
+ Able to respond to off hours emergencies when necessary

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6-12 months maintenance experience
• Mechanically inclined to fix dock plates, garage doors, pallet jacks and operate industrial tools
• Ability to do general carpentry repairs and painting of walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.
• Computer skills to work with PO’s, work orders, read blueprints and process flows
