Maintenance Technician - Nandail Property Management

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure smooth operations and meet production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical components, and pneumatic systems.
• Apply knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory, and, if applicable, understand 3-phase motor control circuits (experience preferred but not required).
• Demonstrate proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems, including troubleshooting.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
• Follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts safely and effectively.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Adapt to both scheduled and unscheduled overtime, and manage shift flexibility.
• Ensure safe equipment operation, adhere to GMP guidelines, and keep the work area clean.
• Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and assist in various roles as needed.
• Promote a safety-conscious culture by following all safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have personal hand tools required for the job.
• Salary based on experience.
