As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting inspections and troubleshooting various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Maintaining the mechanical and operational functions of the building
- Assisting with event setups and collaborating with other technicians
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and employees

Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or large building operations
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- HVAC troubleshooting expertise
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure
- Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment
- Willingness to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor conditions, and around moderate noise levels
