Functional Job Duties:
- Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grounds and facility
- Performs various tasks to maintain the facility grounds including mowing, weeding, spreading gravel, etc.
- Perform necessary tasks to prep and/or clear drives, parking lots, and sidewalks of winter weather
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain various types of facility equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs that require experience including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform maintenance and service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 5 years of prior facility grounds maintenance experience
- Safely and skillfully operate vehicles and various power equipment, hand tools and construction equipment (skid steer, tractors, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Small engine repair
- Welding experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computer and MS Office programsMust be able to work efficiently with limited supervision.

Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements. Must be able to work under stress. Must be able to handle multiple priorities. Must be able to process paperwork effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to tolerate primarily working outdoors. Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to do unaccompanied travel. Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment manufacturing, and apply appropriate safety equipment when required. Must be able to work overtime as required. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
