Key Responsibilities

- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain optimal performance.

- Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.

- Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment to prevent potential malfunctions.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.

- Support and Assistance: Provide support to other maintenance team members and assist in completing larger maintenance projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificate.

- Technical Certification: Certification in relevant areas such as electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems is preferred.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, wiring diagrams, and use of diagnostic tools.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and provide effective solutions.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical issues in non-technical terms when communicating with clients or colleagues.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow safety protocols, accurately complete documentation, and ensure thorough inspections and repairs.
