JOB DESCRIPTION
NAME OF POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
SUPERVISOR' S TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER
POSITION SUPERVISES: NO ONE
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
2. Keep ALL equipment in safe working condition.
3. Responsible for proper care of equipment and tools.
4. Responsible of cold startup of facilities and equipment.
5. Responsible for cleanliness of work area and equipment.
6. Use ALL safety aids and devices. Report ALL abnormal conditions to supervisor.
7. Participate in corrective and preventative actions and continuous improvement projects.
8. Operate fork lift trucks as required.
9. Perform setup on presses as required.
10. Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulics.
11. Ability to use calipers/micrometers
12. Knowledge of Electrical Schematics
13. Knowledge of hydraulic drawings.
14. Ability to recognize and respond to unsafe working conditions.
15. Knowledge of Company policies (will train).
16. Knowledge of company quality policy (will train).
17. Knowledge of applicable work instructions (will train)
18. Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
