About the Job
Lorien Columbia is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech to join our existing team. The tech helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. They will be responsible for proper and safe preparation, repair, application and continuing maintenance of painted or related surfaces, both interior and exterior of Lorien

- $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

- Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Carpentry experience, preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
- Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
- Plumbing, painting and electrical experience
- Full Time Hours
- Schedule:
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
