Responsibilities

• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting of mechanical and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain and repair industrial automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on conveyor systems and other machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance metrics.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in industrial and manufacturing engineering principles.
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on hydraulic systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
