· Under minimal supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains the following machine manuals, prints, or by referral to building codes:

· Physical structures.

· Electrical wiring.

· Plumbing and fixtures

· HVAC

· Includes motor and engine, CNC, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC. Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Haas control preferred.

· Assists higher-level maintenance.

· Assure all policies and procedures are followed and safety precautions are taken to reduce the risk of injury.

· Responsible for facility and ground maintenance.

· Expected to be on call.

· Occasional travel may be necessary.

· Occasional use of personal vehicle may be needed for pickup/delivery of machine parts.

· Other maintenance and facilities duties as assigned.

· Once an employee demonstrates competency in a position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles.

· Maintain system experience a plus

· The ideal candidate will be a proficient problem solver independently or with a team.

Work Environment

• Work performed in a Plant environment.

• Exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemicals, and other elements.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Minimum High School or GED. Trade school or professional training preferred.
