About the Job
HS diploma or GED required
1+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.
Industrial Journeyman level and/or on-the-job experience in a heavy industrial / manufacturing field
Must be experienced to work safe
Able to work in team environment
Must be proficient and safe in the use of a variety of mechanic power and hand tools
Must be able to read and understand manual and drawings
Able to take on a challenge. Able to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of the business priorities
Build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
Takes accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
Have a thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
