Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist Mechanics in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Independently execute defined maintenance procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
