Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will bring expertise in maintaining extrusion blow molding equipment. They perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment used for extrusion and blow molding production processes to ensure uninterrupted & optimal operations.

Specializing in custom blow molding, they produce containers in many uncommon sizes and shapes. Their equipment can run single, dual, triple, and quad mold configurations. The nine operating lines can produce containers ranging in size from 2 oz. to 2 ½ gallons. In addition, they provide downstream trimming, flaming, and packaging.
Due to continued growth and an expanding customer base, the company is adding a few key team members.
Requirements:

Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting & preventative maintenance services
- Responsible for managing nine lines of equipment including various hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical and mechanical systems
- Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution.
- Perform repairs & rebuilds for spare parts
- Assure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
- Handle new equipment installation & equipment modification projects

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician working with equipment used for extrusion or blow molding manufacturing operations
- Expert-level knowledge of any of the following: Bekum, Sterling, Hartig, and Uniloy Milacron blow molding equipment
- Expert hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
