Maintenance Technician at Express Employment Professionals

Express Employment is currently looking for maintenance workers for several residential properties in the Hattiesburg, MS area. 

• $15-$20/hr.

Job Details

• Replacing carpets and wooden floors. 
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Painting interior and exterior walls.
• Disposing of any trash found in communal areas. 
• Ensuring that fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in working condition.
• Scheduling repairs and completing work orders provided by the tenants. 
• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. 

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a similar role is preferred. 
• HVAC experience is required.
• Reliable transportation is required. 
• Experience using various hand tools and power tools. 
• Ability to lift heavy objects with ease.
