Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expereince in mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting, with experience in maintaining and repairing automated equipment, including conveyors, robots, and presses. This position requires the ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics, and interface with production and engineering personnel to complete maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
+ Adjust programs on robots.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs and read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Perform machine repair and troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic systems.
+ Interface with production and engineering personnel to complete maintenance activities.
+ Conduct daily and weekly preventive maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot and debug PLCs, including 5, 500, and 5000 Control Logix.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 1-5 years of maintenance experience, specifically in hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic systems.
+ Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
+ PLC troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Experience with Fanuc robotics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ideally 3-5 years of experience, but candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and have a great attitude will be considered.
+ Must provide own tools.
