Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Highland Midtown Apartments

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Perform painting and maintain grounds to ensure a clean environment.
• Resolve maintenance issues related to A/C, electrical systems, plumbing, sheetrock, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
