Maintenance Technician Level 2 and 3 Needed in Santa Barbara County.
Property Management Company is seeking permanent Level 2 and 3 Maintenance Technicians for a full-time role.
Must live between Ventura and Buellton and have truck and tools.
Pay Ranges are $50,000 and $65,000/year

Must Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant trade experience in one of the following areas: limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and stucco, tile, cement work, and painting.
Exceptional teaching skills and ability to mentor junior technicians.
Thorough understanding of maintenance concepts and a strong work ethic.
Ability to lead projects and supervise lesser tech levels.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently when required.
Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Advanced Maintenance, Repair, and Record Keeping
➢ Perform advanced maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating mastery in at least one trade but an advanced knowledge of multiple trades.
➢ Diagnose complex maintenance issues and provide effective, efficient, and innovative solutions.
➢ Lead projects and supervise junior technicians, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard.
➢ Coordinate with the supervisor to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, providing input and guidance based on expertise.
➢ Develop maintenance plans and schedules to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
➢ Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on specialized projects, sharing expert knowledge and skills.
➢ Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, including work orders, service requests, and equipment maintenance logs.
Inventory Management
➢ Manage and maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels for advanced maintenance tasks.
➢ Participate in regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

➢ Communicate effectively with the supervisor and other team members,
