If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Maintenance Technician!
Building Information: 10k sets a new standard of excellence with luxury rentals that offer a lifestyle inspired by the world’s best resorts, located in Washington D.C. waterfront neighborhood Capitol Riverfront. Amenities include a 2-lane bowling alley, indoor full-sized basketball court by Equinox and resident speakeasy: 10K.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
- Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
- Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
- Maintain workplace safety policies and standards

COMPENSATION:
- $24.00 - 26.00 / hour
