100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. You will work at 1 S. Park St, 20 S. Park St and 1102 S. Park St in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Support our central region clinic locations by providing support for building operations and maintenance.
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to:
- Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, and life support systems for direct and indirect patient use.
- Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Two (2) year Technical diploma Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years of maintenance experience or formal training, in a healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Driver's License Required
