Maintenance Technician at Combined Properties

Maintenance Technician Peabody/Lynnfield Part time Combined Properties is a full-service investment and real estate development firm specializing in commercial and multi-family residential properties. The Maintenance Technician will be based at our commercial properties in Lynnfield and Peabody. This is a part time 20 hour per week position (8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.). The successful candidate will be the liaison to vendors and tenants at assigned properties. Responsibilities include monitoring assigned buildings and parking lot(s) on a regular basis including checking for leaks, cleanliness, boiler malfunction, meter readings, etc. The individual will be required to pick up trash (interior/exterior), replace ceiling tiles and lights as needed, and keep the bathroom and loading dock neat and clean at all times Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company's policy at all times, required. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces, required. Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds, required. Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision, required. Excellent customer service skills, required.
