Debbie's is offering an exciting Maintenance Technician position in the Mayodan, NC area.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Must be able to perform maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment unsupervised, unless physical assistance is necessary for the task.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose all mechanical components used in manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and repair Hydraulic pumps, valves and hoses.
- Replace Electric Motors
- Repair/replace Pipe fittings
- Troubleshoot and repair steam, water and pneumatic valves.
- Fabrication and welding of metallic components.
- Troubleshoot and repair steam lines, traps.
- Working knowledge of boilers, compressors and electrical systems.
- Clean and change molds.
- Troubleshoot, repair and replace roller chains & sprockets, water pumps
- Able to effectively use hand tools and power tools.
- Working knowledge of process hot water and pumps, motors used in buffing cyclone systems.
- General building maintenance knowledge.
- Troubleshooting Process Hot Water Pump Panel.
Training will occur during the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
Payrate: $20.00 per hour
