Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
• Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
