Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is looking for multiple skilled Maintenance Technician - Multi-Craft to join our client's team in Graniteville SC. Relocation assistance provided.
Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician - Multi-Craft, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our company's facilities and equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a highly skilled and versatile individual who can handle a wide range of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and performing necessary adjustments.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Partner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment.
- Knowledge of recording activities in a CMMS..
- Maintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors
Various PLC's. - Networking and Communications: EtherNet / IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
- AC Drives, Motors, Encoder and Resolver troubleshooting.
- Calibration of flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops.
- Familiar with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairs.
- Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems.
- Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
- Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.
- Test and observe running machinery.
- Use hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks.
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in a multi-craft capacity; or 3 years experience and Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
Days 1st year. Must work 12 hour rotating shifts- modified DuPont schedule. 1/2 Techs working days, 1/2 working rotating shift, but must be open to both.
Must be Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance
