Maintenance Technician - Tradesmen International, Inc.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around North Cornwall, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $35/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform maintenance & repair duties on various manufacturing equipment & machinery to ensure optimal performance; work on conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, etc.
• Maintain production efficiency and ensure products are of highest quality
• Work closely with project management & production teams to detect issues & resolve them promptly
• Assist in implementation of preventative maintenance programs and initiatives
• Diagnose equipment & machine issues & identify faulty components, repair/replace them if necessary
• Perform routine maintenance procedures such as lubrication, cleaning, & inspection of equipment
• Work with the project management team in identifying and modifying equipment to meet production demands while maintaining safety standards. develop
• Improve and maintain the computerized maintenance management system in odyssey.
• Perform preventative maintenance per system requirements.
• Schedule and assign all work orders through the computerized maintenance management system in odyssey.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies regarding safety.
• Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to minimize machine downtime and improve overall
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience in the Trade; Preferably in Aluminum Casting Industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with an emphasis on industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools welding equipment and other specialized machinery.
