We are seeking an individual with exceptional maintenance skills to fill our full-time Luxury and recent technical school graduates.
In this role, you must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service, including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide superior customer service. You will respond to maintenance issues, follow up with residents and office staff, and handle routine appliances, pool, and building upkeep matters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be a valuable maintenance team member. You will be responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in the following areas:
- Appliances
- Air Conditioning
- Heating
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Other building maintenance items
In addition to the skills listed above, technicians are responsible for compliance with all OSHA regulations and applicable health, safety, or environment laws, as well as budget and critical control. You will deal directly and consistently with the residents of our high-end properties to analyze and resolve issues. Resolving issues must be done on time and efficiently – both timely and accurately with a sense of urgency and customer focus.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday: 10am - 6pm (Off Monday - Tuesday)
Compensation:
$31.55 (Full Union Rate)

- 2 years of experience in general maintenance with strong communication skills
- HVAC : repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.
- Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation
- Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
- Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting
- Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, etc.
- Must able to lift 50LBS and stand for 8 hours
