CommQuest seeks a Part-TimeMaintenance Technician team member at our CommQuest Facilities in Canton, Ohio.
Maintenance performs general maintenance, construction activities, and basic repairs by assignment. Also conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations.

What you'll do:
- Performs general maintenance, basic repairs, and construction duties
- Performs a wide variety of general and semiskilled maintenance activities (painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames
- Assures that maintenance, construction projects, and repairs are kept current at CommQuest Services locations, as assigned by supervisor
- Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations
- Moves furniture and/or equipment as requested
- Year-round grounds keeping and landscaping (snow removal, mowing, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Day-shift and afternoon-shifts available. Must have availability to work in the evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Minimum of one-year experience in maintenance services, preferred
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and sit for extended periods of time, as required to complete cleaning and maintenance services, occasional heavy lifting involved
- Possesses a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a driving record that is compliant with agency insurance requirements
