Maintenance Technician
Location: Quincy, WA
Wage: $30-$34 an hour, DOE

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with a knack for welding and electrical troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on various conveyors and elevators.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems to reduce downtime.
• Execute basic welding tasks and fabrication of parts as required.
• Implement preventative maintenance protocols to maintain machinery efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with our team to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Possesses basic electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in heavy-duty welding.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Capable of physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent stair climbing.
