Primary Responsibilities:
For Maintenance Technicians:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution and timely response to service requests.
Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
Assist in snow removal and general upkeep of grounds.
Work on a rotating on-call schedule.
For Maintenance Supervisor:
Organize and assign daily tasks for the maintenance team, providing scheduling updates.
Train, motivate, and mentor maintenance staff.
Schedule and manage outside vendors and complete inspections of equipment and vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
Ensure the safety and physical condition of the property, addressing any unsafe conditions immediately.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; trade school education preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
HVAC certification required (Type II certification preferred).
Advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and locksmith skills.
Driver’s License with valid car insurance and personal, reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Service-oriented mentality with a positive attitude.
Good planning and organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
Must pass background and drug screenings.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
May require overtime and participation in on-call rotation.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
