Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing exterior painting and pressure washing
- Conducting concrete repairs
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and ensuring overall curb appeal
- Handling debris pick-up and removal
- Repairing fences
- Patching drywall
- Communicating effectively with vendors, residents, and other external parties
- Driving a work vehicle to various locations, including out-of-state properties
- Maintaining accurate web-based timecards for billing and payroll
- Updating our web-based work order system with job details
- Participating in our On-Call rotation
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently
- Undertaking other maintenance tasks as needed
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or related field
- A personal set of general tools
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and balance
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
