Maintenance Technician - Comprehensive at Williamsville

Comprehensive at Williamsville is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full time maintenance technician.

The maintenance technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the building, grounds and equipment in an efficient manner consistent with regulations and policies. Must multi task, work independently and work under supervision 

Assignments include:  

• Floor Care
• Building maintenance 
• Resident Moves 
• Painting
• Staff and resident requests
