About the Job
Duties:
- Exterior Maintenance in early morning hours
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as power washing, window cleaning, sweeping, leaf blowing, shoveling & salting, painting, and carpentry work
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs
- Event Setup of tables and chairs
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
-Flexible hours for college students.
-Am and PM shifts available
