Summary: Our Maintenance Training Supervisor is responsible for
coordinating and or preparing plant-specific training literature manuals
systems and class instruction on the fundamentals of mechanical
electrical pneumatic hydraulic refrigeration and boiler maintenance and
other job related subjects; creating and maintaining training aid
equipment and materials student records and control of the scheduling of
classes; performing maintenance orientation training of new maintenance
team members; interfacing with appropriate vendors concerning training
content and delivery. Other duties include coordinating safety training
of the maintenance department; performing other tasks as deemed
appropriate by the maintenance manager and interfacing with the
corporate maintenance team to provide input in the creation revision and
delivery of the Tyson standard maintenance training program. Our
Maintenance Training Supervisor would be working 1st Shift, Monday-
Friday 8AM-5PM with some flexibility, onsite at our New London Plant in
New London, WI. Although the Salary Rate for this role is based on
experience, this role is eligible for 6th/7th day pay (6th- $200 & 7th
$265) as well as 2 weeks of Vacation, Benefits (Medical, Vision,
Dental), 5% Annual Incentive Plan & 2% Annual Salary Review with an

High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree would be nice to have.
3+ years in both refrigeration maintenance and industrial maintenance
would be nice to have. Competent in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and
the ability to learn Tyson SAP-Plant Maintenance system. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
Special Skills: Strong management skills; sound judgment leadership
organizational skills and the ability to work independently with little
supervision. The hours of the position vary depending on the needs of
the TMs. Certifications in any training topics or techniques is a plus.
Supervisory: NA Travel: Potentially 10 Trips required Reports to:
Maintenance Manager Must reside in the US, this role does not offer
