While working as a Mammographer you will provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department, while performing high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. As a Mammographer you will follow the standards of safe radiation practice, and demonstrate leadership abilities and act as a role-model for other associate technologists.You will act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assures current standards of practice for the unit.
Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Mammographer candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- ARRT (R) required
- ARRT (M) required
- Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

The Imaging Department at St. Anthony Summit Hospital runs with 30-35 certified imaging technologists and encompasses seven different modalities including: CT, MRI, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, DEXA, Echo and soon we’ll be expanding to include a Cardiac CT program. We all operate as a unified team, support each other, and encourage cross-training. As a smaller hospital, we also collaborate closely with all other departments to seamlessly to ensure exceptional patient care. Pay Range:$36.66 - $60.15 /hour
