About the Job
Responsibilities:
This position will be supporting a Section 508 compliance assessment for a federal agency’s acquisition and IT programs and providing recommendations for the agency to meet compliance goals. In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Provide day-to-day operational and implementation support to execute administrative and project strategic plan.
- Works at the directive of key personnel on specific tasks including but not limited to meeting preparation, communications outreach, data entry, logistics coordination, and development of materials to facilitate decision-making, reports, and presentations for stakeholder engagement.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in operational support and project management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and financial software.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
