Management Analyst (VA, Chantilly) - SAVVEE CONSULTING INC

Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Management Analyst to provide logistical and analytical support to various governance boards and working groups in support for our Veterans Health Administration (VHA) client, located in Washinton, DC in a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be experienced with facilitating meetings, developing presentations, and documenting reports in support of governance boards and working groups which enable the VA mission and support the Investment Governance Services (IGS) and Strategic Investment Management (SIM) office.

Essential Functions

• Facilitating meetings with leadership and stakeholders to highlight relevant program updates
• Documenting meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and track / follow up on action items
• Creating and updating presentation slide decks in MS PowerPoint
• Providing logistical and analytical support to various Investment Governance Services (IGS) Boards and Working Groups
• Developing reports and presentations in support of governance boards and for leadership
• Providing analytical review of documentation and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership
• Communicating updates from boards and working groups back to architecture team and stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing
• Managing monthly consolidated status reports encompassing all meetings supported and deliverables produced
• Providing strategic planning support by assisting in defining and identifying strategic goals, objectives, and milestones
• Supporting strategic planning activities including assisting in defining processes, output, and future operational direction
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
