Management Analyst - Gritter Francona, Inc.

Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Management Analyst to support strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning and management analysis, preferably with VHA or similar organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and implement strategic plans
• Conduct analysis and research to support strategic planning activities
• Help create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into strategic direction and project progress.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met
• Support business needs evaluation, and strategic alignment with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other federal entities.

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning and management analysis, preferably with VHA or similar organizations.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, proficiency in strategic planning tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. PMP certification preferred.
