Management Internship (Summer 2025) - Gunner

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 8-week summer internship program. As an intern with Gunner, you will gain practical experience, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Our Management Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a diverse skill set in various aspects of a growing organization. You will partner with senior leadership to: 

• Learn about different aspects of the company, product development, and contract management
• Team with department heads in the development and implementation of new projects
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or graduate's degree
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs in real-time.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to and/or lead project teams.
• Open to learning new things, curious by nature.
• Experience interacting with individuals across multiple levels of reporting including senior leaders.
• Demonstrates a DFW (Down For Whatever) Attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility

Salary Range: $18-$20 depending on academic year.
