Coke Florida is looking for a Management Systems Team Coordinator based out of our Orlando location. We're currently looking for 1st shift, working 7:30AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the operation as an administrative resource to aid in completing MS commitments
- Coordinate inspections, audits and testing according to the Compliance Calendar
- Conduct inspections, audits and testing according to the Compliance Calendar
- Maintain regulatory and company required records
- Lead/Participate in Safety, Environmental and Food Safety initiatives
- Document Control on specialized software
- Coordinate Internal Audit Schedule and support the team as needed
- Track annual compliance training for Manufacturing
- Track corrective actions
- Keep work aids, safety procedures and work instructions updated
- Perform other duties as assigned
For this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred
- 2 years of experience as an active contributor on projects with deliverables per a project timeline
- Some exposure to Management Systems and supporting documents' requirements is preferred
- ISO Knowledge is preferred
- Highly organized, detail oriented and with excellent time management skills
- Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results oriented and resourceful individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to create ad hoc reports as needed per requestor specifications and agreed upon dates
