As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every new company hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments, including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. If our training program is executed correctly, you can grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position within twelve months. We can help make THIS the year of your career!
General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee:
- Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions
- Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach
- Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
- Track market and campaign performance and review data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing of the company’s new hires
Basic Qualifications of the Management Trainee:
- A strong desire to grow accompanied by natural leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, client relations, business management, or a similar field
- The ability to problem solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
- An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required)
- The ability to work full-time to fast-track your training into a management role
