Our Management Trainee will formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links between our clients and their customers. As our role with the client grows, so will the expectations of the position. The Management Trainee will have a unique opportunity to not only further their career in the marketing industry, but will also be provided with business and personal development opportunities. This will include personal investments and financial guidance, customer service, team building and estate planning education. Our goal is to find a Marketing Management Trainee who is looking to continue growing with a company and quickly getting into a leadership / management position.

Responsibilities:
- Learn pertinent product knowledge for our brands
- Follow partners guidelines
- Execute campaigns based off client parameters
- Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers
- 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to apply constructive feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
- Must love working with people and be comfortable in an in person environment
