About the Job
Our company is looking for a Management Trainee to grow our Marketing and Sales team. We are looking for 3 candidates to fill this position ASAP!
In this position, you will have high standards and will be in charge of the leadership day-to-day responsibilities within the campaign. Someone’s priority in this role would be to help and assist in campaign team growth!
Management Trainees will be responsible for leading daily operations in support of our sales team, generating new customer accounts, assisting with, and planning territory mapping. Management Trainees would also have the responsibility of creating schedules, opening and closing sales, communicating with the head manager, clients and customers. Management Trainees learn our business from the ground up, which means creating schedules, opening, and closing sales, communicating with the management team, our clients, and customers, as well as effective problem solving any customer issues that may arise

Responsibilities of a Management Trainee:
- Support and execute marketing collateral for each client with new leads
- Work alongside customers face to face to find solutions to their service interruptions or issues
- Have a detailed understanding of client knowledge, products, and services we offer to explain effectively to the customers
- Assist in the qualification process for customer accounts while also handling their personal, sensitive information
- Perform follow-ups on all appointments generated by the Sales Representatives
- Gather customer feedback and relay it back to the team for improvement
- Assist Branch Manager(s) with the daily operations with running meetings, sales calls, and some of the Profit and Loss efforts
- Develop and stay open to new leadership and dyadic communication
Requirements for the Manager in Training:
- Excellent communication skills and have an advanced understanding of social cues
- 1 year working in a supervisor or leadership role
- Professionalism, loyalty, and self-motivated mentality
- Punctual and always has a “first one in, last one out” mindset
- A strong work ethic and crave to learn
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
