Management Trainee - ED Management

Elite Direct is embarking on an ambitious journey to be the absolute BEST business management firm in the East LA area.  We are seeking someone who is articulate, bright, and detailed-oriented for this position! Our Management Trainee would train alongside our team of leaders to top regional Marketing & Sales Firm

Our Management Trainee learns hands-on what it would take to become a successful entrepreneur. At Elite, our Management Trainee would be tackling research and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.  

Responsibilities of Management Trainees:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
• Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions to drive revenue
• Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-taking
• Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a business, marketing, sales, or customer service position.
• Experience with teamwork and leading others
• Creative & outside-the-box thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Have a strong and positive attitude
