We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager, Allocation to join our dynamic team.
Description
The Manager of Allocation is responsible for overseeing the distribution of products to our retail stores. This mission critical role optimizes store inventory levels while maximizing sales performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Drive financial success by developing allocation strategies to achieve inventory and sell-through targets
- Attend reviews and meetings impacting allocation and inventory decisions
- Report on key metrics that impact business decisions and planning
- Mentor, coach, and develop the Allocation team
- Governance strategies
- Support new store openings, pop-up shops, remodels, and store closings to ensure milestones and inventory targets are achieved
- Identify and address challenges quickly
- Executing and supporting allocation duties during periods of high demand to meet business goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Merchandise allocations, merchandise planning, supply chain planning, and/or inventory management
- Proficiency with Data Analytics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel & Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience leading a team
- Expert in Data Analytics & Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
