Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.In this role, you will lead the Apps Product Specialists team, responsible for driving the implementation of technical solutions that unlock significant growth for customers. As a Manager, your primary objective will be to deliver sustained growth for our App business across Americas LCS, with a focus on driving technical implementations.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and prio advertisers, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.Manage a team of specialist sellers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions, and support activities that align with Google’s values.
