Chick-fil-A at Frederick North is looking for friendly people with experience in the quick-service industry to join our leadership team. Do you consider yourself a good leader? Can you set the tone for our team by working hard? Are you experienced in serving guests and managing team members? If that describes you, we would love to have you join us by either serving guests in the front of the restaurant or preparing food full-time with us.
What we require:
* Experience working in the food industry and managerial tasks such as cash inventory management, opening and closing the restaurant, assistant customers, etc.
* Act as a servant leader for our team. Exemplify what it means to work at Chick-fil-A and coach our team.
* Exhibiting the CORE4 behaviors that Chick-fil-A is known for: creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected with our guests.
