Manager-Bookkeeping

Job Description:
We are a well-established CPA firm serving diverse clients in West Houston. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing financial reports for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits
Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll entries
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain client files and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a CPA or accounting firm

Experience working with multiple sets of books.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
