Are you driven by data and passionate about shaping digital strategies? Walmart is looking for candidates to join our newly formed Business Analysis & Insights team! As Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, you'll be a key contributor to the ongoing success of our site content strategy. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, this role will support formal and informal reporting and analysis needs and help identify opportunities to accelerate our learning through data. Actionable insights will be key as you share outcomes through various channels, standardizing communication for stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.  

• 2 years’ experience using SQL and BI tools for data analysis purposes.  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Master’s degree in Business or related field. 

• 2 years’ experience working with cross-functional teams. 

• 2 Years experience in dashboard development (preferably Tableau)
