About the Job
The Maximus HOSS Business Operations Analysis team is responsible for assessing the business processes, data management and reporting requirements of the US Health Services portfolio projects and creating a modernized technical solution that allows those projects to meet or exceed their current and future contractual service level agreements using Maximus enterprise business applications and platforms. This team will be focused on providing solutions that deliver operational efficiency, improved data tracking, ingestion and transmission and enhanced customer support capabilities.
This is a remote position with a travel requirement up to 30% within the continental United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhance and enforce the document control or change control governance processes.
- Provide oversight and perform research and gap analysis to determine and improve effectiveness of all operational documentation and processes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to internal program management and support teams to solve issues, develop operational documentation, implement change requests, and document process changes.
- Provide analytical oversight and review of all relevant initiatives.
- Develop tools to enable leadership to address issues and make decisions related to change requests.
- Identify and resolve issues, problems, and concerns by leading cross functional teams.
- Develop, document, and maintain an effective set of policies and procedures consistent with program guidelines.
- Interface with management and steam to determine appropriate policies and procedures.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations to meet key performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- 5 years minimum of business analysis experience in the government-administered social services industry.
- 3 years minimum of project management experience.
- At least two years of experience leading a team.
- Willing and able to travel (domestic - continental US) up to 30% of the time.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
