About the role
As the Manager of the Client Success team at One Legal, you will lead a dedicated group committed to ensuring our solutions meet client needs, boost efficiency, and set them up for long-term success. Your primary responsibility will be driving revenue growth by guiding your team to retain, expand, and diversify the value we offer to clients. This role is critical to our company’s growth and calls for a resourceful, relationship-driven leader.
In addition you’ll actively work with your team to collect feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive continuous improvements. You’ll also work closely with the Sales Manager and other key departments to ensure efforts are aligned across the business.
This is a California-based position, with our head office located in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers, focusing on performance and professional development.
- Ensure client needs shape business decisions, implementing practices that align with client expectations and business goals.
- Actively engage with clients, resolve issues, and foster loyalty through frequent outreach.
- Identify gaps in product usage and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Hold your team accountable for meeting targets and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing teams.
- 6+ years in sales or account management, ideally selling software to professional services.
- Experience driving revenue growth and proven ability to exceed targets and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Strong background in consultative sales and trust-based client relationships.
- Client-focused with a passion for excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with web technologies and selling SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of civil litigation processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for in-person meetings and events.
Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$115,000 - $130,000 base pay with a $45,000 bonus
