Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room.

Manage clinical staff, ensuring adherence to policies and protocols.

Coordinate patient care and surgical schedules.

Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.

Collaborate with surgeons and medical teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.

Participate in budget management and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in California.

Previous experience in operating room management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
