Manager CMC Program Management, Industrialization at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

The manager of CMC Program Management uses industrialization knowledge to plan and lead the progress of assigned program launches of advanced scope with limited guidance.

As a Manager CMC Program Management, a typical day might include the following:

• Works with cross functional team to develop launch strategy, and ensures buy in from business and management (including senior management) with minimal guidance.
• Works with cross functional team to execute endorsed launch plan, while ensuring appropriate communication within business and management.
• Consistently engages senior management to drive strategy across and up through the organization.
• Identifies and anticipates launch-related constraints, risks, or decisions needed to support forward movement of launch.
• Negotiates and resolves complex issues, while maintaining whats best for launch team.
• Consistently maintains positive & professional approach in communication, e.g. maintaining composure under pressure and managing up.
• Develops tools and mechanisms for monitoring progress and drives effective out of the box problem solving with cross-functional teams and area managers (as needed).
• May be responsible for a small team of direct reports.
• Shares information/experiences (Lessons Learned) across communities of practice, business units and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing.

• Ensures workload is prioritized and allocated among direct reports, if appropriate.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a requires a BS/BA in a related field and

• Associate Manager: with at least 6+ years of industry experience and 3+ years of related program management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manager: Requires a BS/BA in a related field with at least 7+ years of industry experience and 5+ years of related program management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification or MBA a plus.
